Presents its sixth event

Agribusiness in Africa : Creating value from farming to distribution

June 1st 2017, Brussels.
=>> Registration

Given the fast growing of the African population, understanding value creation in the agriculture sector becomes crucial for the continent. Moreover, the specificity of each region must be taken into account when we draw the key drivers of value creation in the agribusiness.

For some practitioners the value creation in this sector results from the processing of raw agricultural produce through value-added components such as sorting, cleaning and packaging. While for others, it results from the introduction of innovate technology in order to increase to economy of scale. Nevertheless, both elements mentioned above do not specify which stakeholders will benefit from the value creation.

In order to highlight the factors that will impact the agribusiness, the Africa Business Club is glad to invite you to its next conference where the participants will get the opportunity to share their insights on those matters.

In addition, professionals involved in the agribusiness value chain will also share their point of view about the main challenges and opportunities of the agribusiness sector.
